Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Refund requests for subscription fees must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge date. To request a refund, contact us at support@claimee.io from the email address associated with your account and include the date and amount of the charge.

After 30 days from the charge date, subscription fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved within the 30-day window, your access to paid features will be revoked immediately upon processing of the refund.

Refunds apply only to the specific charge in question. Approval of one refund does not entitle you to refunds of earlier or later charges.

2. Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Each renewal charge is subject to the same 30-day refund window described above, measured from the date of that charge.

    3. Cancellation vs. Refund

    Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but is not a refund request. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made. If you also wish to request a refund for a recent charge, you must submit a separate refund request within the 30-day window.

    How to cancel:

    Log in to your account, navigate to Subscriptions and click Cancel, or email support@claimee.io from the email address on your account. We aim to process cancellation requests within 2 business days.

      4. Billing Errors

      If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, contact support@claimee.io and we will investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded regardless of the timelines above.

      5. How Refunds Are Issued

      Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.

      6. Settlement Payouts

      Claimee does not receive, hold, or distribute settlement funds. Settlement payouts are made directly to you by settlement administrators and are outside the scope of this Refund Policy. Claim denials, payout delays, or payout amounts lower than estimated do not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees.
